Delivery area and cost

Signed books are currently delivered within India. Standard shipping is free. A dispatch estimate or release date shown at checkout is an estimate, especially for pre-orders.

Order details

Please provide a complete delivery address, mobile number and clear inscription request. The author may contact you if an inscription or address needs clarification.

Cancellations

Request cancellation as soon as possible. Orders that have not been signed, personalised or dispatched can normally be cancelled. Once personalisation or dispatch has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Damage, defect or wrong item

Contact us within seven days of delivery with the order reference and clear photographs of the parcel and book. After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged as appropriate.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may apply after the refund is initiated.
